Great service! I stopped in to check out their freshwater selection which is pretty solid. Lots of plants and healthy looking fish. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for but were able to order what I was looking for in under a week and with a amazing customer service. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for salt water or freshwater fish.

Went there yesterday to get a few supplies and more Kuhli Loaches. Zach was a great he answered all our questions and some. Would recommend this place to anyone with both freshwater and saltwater needs! Go check them out!

My husband and I cannot recommend this place enough! We meant Zach last week he sold us a frog and had great convos with us. Zach shook my husbands hand and introduced himself very professionally. We wanted 2 more frogs so he put down they needed more and this week they already had more for us! We went in and Zach immediately shook my husbands hand and remembered his name. My husband also was talking with another worker for several minutes about frogs and other amphibians. We also have a very hyper toddler and they show so much patience with her and offered her a sticker both times we stopped in.. Whether you are into fish or frogs or something else these guys will take the time to talk to you and treat you like family. You can tell they all care very much about not just the animals but us customers as well. However with how well they treat us we don't even feel like customers. Thank you guys so much for making us feel very comfortable asking questions! We will continue to support this wonderful shop!

Thiel and his staff are the best. I drive over an hour to the store for my saltwater needs, and his store did not disappoint. Low Tide Corals have helped me to setup a reef tank in my classroom, and have been patient to work with my school's red tape to make it happen. The store has a great selection of healthy fish and corals, and I will continue to travel to their store for all my aquarium needs.

My favorite place to go for everything saltwater. They have great and knowledgeable staff that cares. They have great prices that are well worth the drive. Great new location on 130 Seeley Road Syracuse NY 13224. Looking forward to my next trip down there.

Stopped in recently and was really impressed. The coral selection was amazing. They were all healthy, colorful, and well cared for. The tanks were spotless, and you could tell the staff really know their stuff. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me pick out a few great pieces for my reef tank. Prices were fair, and the whole place had a friendly, laid-back vibe. Definitely one of the best saltwater stores I’ve been to, and I’ll be coming back soon for more coral!

Amazing place with a huge selection of saltwater and freshwater animals and plants! The staff are highly knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, and helpful! My favorite fish store and the best one in the area! Definitely worth the drive.

Hands down the cleanest, organized, and most knowledgeable fish store I’ve walked into in years! I’ve bought many fish and coral in the last 3 months there and haven’t had a single problem or a question I’ve had go unanswered. Zach one of the workers there has been nothing but helpful and pointed me in the right direction and has never steered me the wrong way, weather it be what coral I can have or what fish are reef-safe and compatible with each other! This store isn’t looking for a sale or just to put money in their pockets! Great owner and great staff and always willing to go the extra mile for you and your tank! I would 100% recommend them for any of your tanks needs!!!

UPDATE: It has been months since I originally left my 5 star review and if I could add more stars I would. My fiance and I have been at the store pretty much once a week since our initial trip. Every single time the customer service is amazing, Zach in particular has really gone above and beyond for us. The products we have got from this store have been great from equipment to plants and animals. Everyone is super knowledgable and we are happy to continue supporting them! Very friendly and helpful staff and healthy plants and fish. Grabbed some things for our fresh water tank and can't wait to come back to fill our salt water tank
